The location was excellent and very pretty - close to restaurants and bars. We ate in the good restaurant at a good price which was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful and we would come back for sure😃
Cannot find any fault.

Very pleased we chose the Hotel Pyrenees. Firstly the location was good as it is only a short and pleasant walk to the city centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful, each one a real credit to the hotel and the hospitality profession. The hotel has a subtle mix of beautiful traditional decor in the reception and restaurant, and modern comfortable rooms. The rooftop swimming pool provided the perfect opportunity to get a good view of the city and the surrounding mountains, as well as have an unexpected yet welcome opportunity to have a chilled sunbathing session after we arrived! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and stay there again if I return to Andorra.

Central position, with secure carparking. Front desk reception most helpful and friendly. Swimming pool in pleasant setting. Elevator in hotel. Good dining room with well-priced daily menu. Excellent breakfast selection. Room was well-appointed, overlooking main street, but noisy at night.
No air-conditioning, hair dryer or 'fridge. Had to take care standing under shower, not to slip in bath.

The service at the top level, central part of the city, parking not expensive. Spacious halls, bar, restaurant. Bathroom good, towels and sheets excellent. Very good breakfast. I think, it is difficult to find a hotel in Europe better than this with respect to the price/quality ratio.
Air-conditioning would be appreciated. Somehow noisy rooms to parking, or to the street. During hot nights, one should decide between the close and open windows.

Rooftop swimming pool with mountain views, Unique artistic decor reminiscent of the 1940s, Convenient location near shopping centers
The rooms are quite small!!! Noise from the hallway and street was disruptive at times, affecting sleep quality more than I had hoped!!!

Our booking included the breakfast buffet which was excellent. Although our room overlooked the main street, it was not too noisy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was pleasant and good value for money with a small balcony looking out on to the street.
The secure parking is a little remote from the hotel and it can be quite a chore unpacking your bags from the vehicle and then hauling them over to the main building of the hotel. The hotel is not easy to find and it was a nightmare negotiating peak time traffic in Andorra lv trying to find the hotel. Even a traffic cop that we asked could not give us reliable directions to find the place.

well located, good pool, good breakfast, rooms are quite small, price is ok,shop to you drop kind of city ,the main problem for me is that Andorra its self is sadly very overbuilt and this destroys any feeling of being in the mountains , indeed the overbuilding extends right into the higher elevations near to the ski areas, unless you are a shopping freak , I would avoid andorra totally, however the nearby valleys in spain and france are just about perfect

Good location and good parking facilities. The superior room is very comfortable and clean. The bellboy helped us to find the parkinggarage and our room. Breakfast is good.
We couldnt choose the table in the breakfast restaurant, even if the restaurant was almost empty.
